> Winter Xplode Program starting the 14th of January which will run for four weeks and renew every four weeks. The cost will be $85 dollars and will be run two days a week for high school athletes who are interested in getting stronger and preparing for upcoming sports or getting stronger in the off season.
The intent of this program is to raise the level of agility, proprioception, and strength and shorten reaction time.
Today in the changing world of sports it is imperative to participate in a program like this to excel. Lifting weights alone no longer gives you the edge you need to stay competitive in sports. Even in power sports like football being strong is only half the battle; you also need to be agile. Think about it, you can be as big as you want but if you can't move then you are not going to be an effective member of the team. Other schools in the state have begun sport specific preseason conditioning programs to try to increase their chances of winning, and it is working.
